Well, for a video that showcases a skill set – for an American Ninja competition, I would have expected something better. All I saw were basic workout routines for your average rock climber.
At least those are the types of routines that I do when trying to prepare for a good climb.
No offence – it takes a lot of upper body strength and control to do most of what he did, but I really expected a lot more. Not so much a WIN in my opinion. But hey. That’s just my opinion.

indoor climbing is great, I would rate it above anything else for toning up. You pick up some major finger and arm strength.

Assassins creed animators could perhaps learn thing or two from guys like him. I mean he seems to be using momentum of his hanging body lot more than Ezio.
