  1. Tomy Ironmane says:

    … noooothanks. Double win here.

Win 1.) Dancing like that in absurdly spiked heels.

Win 2.) Designing absurdly spiked heels with the structural integrity to TAKE dancing like that.

  2. Greg the Mad says:

Fail, relaying of high heels to get attention despite obvious dancing skills.
A society where it is okay for woman to shorten their tendons and suffer permanent foot deformations is sick.

    • Ghost_Star says:

So, when does the bra burning start?

      • Greg the Mad says:

Hey, bras are support for the skin. Without it it would be hard, or at least uncomfortable, for woman to make sports and stuff.

Heels only have a 5-10% effect on their ass and can have permanent negative effects on their feet tendons, and walking styles (ever saw a high heel girl running around with out high heels? Hilarious!). Bras on the other hand have a 50-80% effect in looks and shape conservation and have little to non negative effect. Believe me, I did the algeBRA.

        • Cait says:

Similar arguments have been made regarding athletic shoes, since they force us (bipedals) to run in a manner for which our feet were not designed, focusing the force of the impact on the heel instead of the toe, where it ought to be. And athletic shoes are not nearly as pretty as heels. I don’t even wear heels 10% of the time, but I like them when I do, and I know how to walk properly in them. It’s only constant wear and improper gait that damage tendons.

      • janpiranha says:

Bra burning? Anytime. What’s better than a girl in high heels without a bra (or panties, *chuckle*).

OK, 5 USD for the sexist box.

    • DRH says:

Ok, I’m assuming since your name is posted as Greg, your a dude, like myself. Three things:
      1. Women like buying shoes. The higher the heels, the more they like it. They don’t care about their tendons, and I have reason to believe they just like the way they make their legs look. Society doesn’t dictate this.
      2. Heels can be sexy. Women know this. Women try to be sexy, which is not as unnatural and society based as you think. Humans are one of the species where the female is the “pretty” gender, and the subconscious goes with that need to be flashy. Humans are a much more instinctual creature than we like to let on, we don’t like to see ourselves like that.
      3. Society should not dictate how you look; however, since we first figured out how to survive without chasing animals across the countryside, we have developed cultures. Western culture is a very materialistic one. Most people try to look current, fashionable and attractive. Others get 18 piercings and countless tattoos for the same reason, only believing they are doing the opposite. Go figure.

      • XD says:

There is a hole in your argument. Lots of women buy high-heeled shoes because it is what designers to make and what society wants them to wear. For hundreds of years women were fine with 1-1 1/2 heels because they were pretty and functional. Only in recent years did designers decide to make high heels with pointy heels that are useless on anything other than a flat, paved surface.

…and those things are effin’ uncomfortable. I would rather eat glass than wear a 3″ heel all day.

I would also kill for a good pair of pretty Victorian-era shoes for their comfort and good construction.

        • Rina says:

i work retail and spend an 8 hour shift wearing a pair of 3 and a half inch block heels all day. Even when unloading the truck and stocking the shelves. It’s not uncomfortable in the least. And at home i do some tendon stretching exercises on the stairs to prevent them from shortening. All so when i walk around the store it makes that nice click clack noise rather than a pair of sneakers making almost no sound.

      • Captain Pasty says:

        INCORRECT!

        1. I’m a woman. 22. Never worn heels in my life. Not just because I’m 6’2, but because why would I want to wear horrible uncomfortable shoes, when I can get a nice comfy pair of Chucks for $20? Also, I hate shopping, so your whole “women love this” theory is out the window.

        2. Actually, according to evolution, and biology, it should be men who are trying to be physically attractive to impress the females. This is the same with most species. The reason is that the woman is more valuable than males – in terms of gametes, we have very few eggs, but they are large and very well provisioned. Whereas male gamete is small, poorly provisioned and you guys have heaps of them. Rarer = more valuable. Therefore you guys should be wearing the heels to attract us with your physique so that we will allow you to procreate with us.

        3. Society does dictate how you look, and “fashionable and attractive” is in the eye of the beholder, the reason so many people have the same opinion on the matter is because we are fed these ideas by media.

TLDR: you’re so, so wrong about everything in your life.

    • fsfsf says:

she’s probably doing it for fun, not for attention

  3. Jo Mom says:

    This is dance?

I don’t want to live on this planet any more.

  4. Phil says:

What career options does the ability to dance in heels like that open?

  5. daffodil says:

That’s not dancing. Go find a Ginger Rodgers movie if you want to see some fancy dancing in heels.

  6. Old Man Sedgwick says:

… and now I have the Pointer Sisters’ ‘Neutron Dance’ stuck in my head …

  7. Mac says:

    Even in heels, she’s shufflin’….

  8. RichMahogany says:

    She’s awesome.

  9. Amy says:

And I’d also like to point out that she’s dancing on concrete blocks, where there is a long crack in, and at any second those tiny little spikes could have caught in and sent her flying towards a broken leg. So kudos to this girl because DAMN she is talented! I’ve seen the girls from Girls Generation (SNSD) dance like this in stilettos but never on concrete slabs!

  10. DW says:

Those feet are totally going to hurt later.

  11. Skittles says:

Not sure how it is a win when you do something stupid like dance in heals like those.

  12. kyuss says:

    forward moonwalk ftw!

  13. ddffdd says:

whats dance is this? i gotta learn

  14. Safrida says:

Considering I can’t walk to the corner in heels like that without turning my ankle five to six times…. my hat is off to the lady. Or it will be when I put on a hat.

  15. minitesh says:

Shufflin in heels…not for me but dem legs!

  16. Christopher R Smith says:

Small compilation of her here: (tip: turn down the volume)

  17. Blank says:

Great legs, not too crazy about strappy heels.

  18. Lurkur says:

1.Put some salty techno on the background
    2.Watch it dance!
    3.???
    4.Profit!

  19. YUNO says:

    *fap fap fap*

  20. sisterhavoc says:

It’s not so hard to dance in heels that this is “win” worthy impressive – if you can walk in them & if you can dance, you can dance in them like this (or better).

  21. longfacedbear says:

I’d tap that. With shoes on but nothing else

  22. Jess says:

As a woman there is a slight advantage to strappy heels. They hold your feet in place better but still, that is impressive. Heels are hard to walk in, dancing, even harder.

  23. Crook3d says:

I know a couple girls that can dance like that, but only in heels, not flats.

  24. Marc Bollinger says:

This definitely looks like the Dave Matthews Dance: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WT_c961r5oU

  25. Name says:

Wrong. Shuffling is never a win.

  26. cupcakes says:

Not that hard…. I did this when I was 8 while trying on stilettos as a joke in department stores xD And I’m pretty certain I could do it now too.

  27. leslie rodriguez says:

nice i lick your moves GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  28. errbuddy calm down says:

Ha. You think ballroom dancers have it hard? I wear the most badass high heels in existence! Pointe shoes. So as far as im concerned she wins, you guys obviously don’t know how much harder things are when you cant use feet flat. You try doing this in heels. Or how about trying it in pointe shoes?

    • AmbrosiaWriter says:

Hi. I took pointe, and can still dance pointe. This video is not hard.

You know why it’s not hard?

All you have to do is keep your weight on the balls of your feet – which removes the fact that she is wearing high heels from the ENTIRE equation. It would be the same thing as you just shuffling around on “tip-toe.”

Also, since her weight in on the balls of her feet, and she keeps moving her feet so often, she’s never putting weight on the balls of her feet long enough to even have to worry about “keeping balance.”

  29. Chris says:

    DEM LEGS!
