I am sure, that board is oriented towards south, so that the shadow becomes only hard to read in the evening/morning, where sunburns are no topic or already commenced.
You not knowing the sun rarely makes a 90º angle with the ground is the real fail.
And that is 24/7.
Anyone else see the irony here. A sign suggesting that you get out of the Sun, while at the same time offering little protection from the Sun. I see a fail, not a win.
