I have made them before. You stick a piece of bread in a muffin tin, put the bacon in, put the egg in and cook. I also add cheese.

This is the closest thing I’ve found so far…
It looks like you put biscuit or crescent dough at the bottom and around the edges, add some bacon sticking out, break an egg on top and cook. I would suggest cooking the dough a little and putting cooked bacon in it.

I’d probably get a paper towel dipped in olive oil and wipe the bottom of each cup cake hole to prevent sticking.
