If it’s an Irish Pub, which is likely going by the Guinness sign, they may be lamenting their loss to Wales in the quarter final of the Rugby World Cup.

Might as well be Scotland, Wales, England, Northern Ireland or Ireland regarding the ongoing qualification for the UEFA Eurocup (Football).
