I’m not certain, but it looks like Minneapolis to me. Uptown Theater.
Uptown theater in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It’s a few blocks away from my apartment. They always have clever things on their marquee, such as “Jane Eyre: about some book, I think”
It’s a theater in the Twin Cities (Minnesota).

I once went to see High School Musical 3 for the aircon. And before you condemn me, I don’t think you quite understand how hot it was.
You could have said, “Give me a ticket for anything except High School Musical 3.” But you didn’t.
Everything else was full!
It’s one of those classic old theaters with only one screen and only one movie playing at a time. fork x 4 really had no choice.

Maybe they got a C in the college math final.
Yeh, it threw me too… normal people either put the letters together or use a period when making initialisations.
