as a graduate student that spends 3/4 of my life writing papers that are close to book length, only to be criticized & demeaned by professors with a God-complex….I don’t care how old this is, it’s a personal win IMO & a new goal for me, just to make this mundane process a little more interesting

Yeah, rickroll is seriously old and as we all know, just because something is old, that means it’s no longer useful and needs to die. Just the other day I was showing youtube videos to my family and when Rick Astley came on my mom got scared, and said, “You’re movin’ with your auntie and uncle in Bel-Air.” I whistled for a cab and when it came near The license plate said fresh and it had dice in the mirror. If anything I could say that this cab was rare, but I thought, “Nah, forget it. Yo, holmes to Bel-Air!” I pulled up to the house about 7 or 8 and I yelled to the cabbie, “Yo homes smell ya later!” Looked at my kingdom I was finally there, to sit on my throne as the prince of Bel-Air.

TL;DR
Probably why it’s not real, it it were, student would have failed. Seems to be a bad idea to fail, just to do this. (unless you’re failing already and have nothing to lose)

This is obviously fake as hell….What college student would actually use “you” in a paper? That is such common knowledge by anyone’s freshman year of college. I mean come on? A network heart’s? I used to do this in the abstracts all of my technical reports with various songs- though never gonna give you up, never made it into one of mine.
