@Foobar Yup, in Essen. I know of two of those frog trash cans, both in „Rock City“ near the rock clubs turock and Panic Room. They don’t look official to me, though.
But they are – i talked to a sprayer on a sunday and he said it was part of the “Kulturhauptstadt – ruhr 2010″ project. They also sprayed those gray boxes for telefon and power.
