@ Kelsie, if you look at the vehicles that sit off on the right hand side of the pic, notice the license plates. This was somewhere in England, I believe, due to the long, rectangular plates on the fronts of cars.
Notice they’re on the left side of the road.
Could be anywhere in Europe with the long licence plate as a common format is used throughout, and the European standard crossing lights; as that’s a one way street (no entry sign on intersection) the side the cars on is irrelevant. Unlikely to be England as the pedestrian lights which showing the correct pictograms is not one of the set formats of crossing used there.
